About us
Public sector and industrial

Tenders, gazettes and registries, made searchable.

Governments publish tenders, awards, gazette notices and company records openly, but across many portals, formats and languages. We extract and standardise that information so bid teams, analysts and public bodies can search, filter and act on it.

Business challenges

What makes this industry hard to track.

01

Fragmented portals

Tenders are spread across national, regional, municipal and agency portals, each with its own structure and search tools.

02

Documents, not data

Gazettes and tender packs are often scanned PDFs. Key fields must be extracted and checked against the document.

03

Classification

Tenders use different category codes, or none. Consistent classification is needed to filter for relevance.

04

Registry access rules

Company registries differ in what they publish and on what terms, and some records include personal data about directors.

FAQ

Questions about government and public data data

Can’t find your answer? Ask an engineer

Can you monitor tenders across several countries?

Yes. We cover public procurement portals across our five regions, standardise fields and classify tenders into one set of categories, so you can filter them together.

Do you extract data from scanned gazettes?

Yes. We use document extraction with text recognition for scanned PDFs, including Arabic and Spanish sources, and check extracted fields against the original.

How do you handle director information in company registries?

We collect company-level data by default and minimise personal data such as director details. Where a use case needs it, scope is agreed against the relevant privacy law.

Can we receive alerts rather than full datasets?

Yes. Alerts can be sent by email, webhook or into a shared sheet as new matching notices appear, alongside a full dataset for analysis.
