About us
Financial and regulated

What employers are hiring for, and what they pay.

Job postings are one of the most current signals of labour demand, pay and skills. We extract postings from job boards and company careers pages, remove duplicates, classify roles and parse salaries, so recruiters, HR teams and analysts can see the market clearly.

Business challenges

What makes this industry hard to track.

01

Duplicate postings

The same vacancy appears on several boards, agency sites and the employer's careers page. De-duplication is vital for accurate counts.

02

Salary formats

Pay is stated hourly, monthly or annually, as ranges or single figures, gross or net, and often not at all.

03

Role classification

Job titles are inconsistent. Postings need mapping to a standard occupation and seniority framework.

04

Personal data

Postings can include recruiter names and contact details, which should be minimised.

What you can track

Eight data points our clients rely on.

Posting volume

Active and new postings by role, employer and location.

Advertised salary

Skills and requirements

FAQ

Questions about jobs and recruitment data

Can’t find your answer? Ask an engineer

How do you remove duplicate job postings?

We compare employer, title, location, description text and dates across sources to identify the same vacancy. Each vacancy gets one record, with all its source links retained.

What if a posting has no salary?

The salary fields are left empty and flagged, rather than estimated. You can see the share of postings with salary information by role and market.

Do you collect candidate data?

No. We work only with job postings, not candidate profiles or CVs. Recruiter names and contact details in postings are minimised.

Can you classify roles to our own framework?

Yes. We can map postings to your internal job architecture or to a standard occupation framework, and keep the original title alongside.
