About us

Check every product page against your master content.

Retailers often truncate titles, drop images or show outdated specifications. We capture what shoppers actually see on each product page and compare it with your approved master content, producing a score and a fix list per listing.

How it works

Four steps from sources to signal.

STEP 01

Load your master content

We take your approved titles, bullets, images, attributes and claims from your content system or a spreadsheet, keyed by SKU and retailer.

STEP 02

Capture the live pages

Collectors record the title, description, bullets, image count and order, attributes, videos and rich content blocks from each retailer page.

STEP 03

Compare and score

Each field is compared with the master using exact, fuzzy and rule-based checks, such as minimum image count or banned claims. A weighted score is calculated per page.

STEP 04

Produce a fix list

Issues are grouped by retailer and type, so your team can send a single corrections file to each retail partner.

Data points

FAQ

Questions about product content audit

Can’t find your answer? Ask an engineer

What format should our master content be in?

A spreadsheet or an export from your product information system both work. We need a SKU key, the approved fields and, ideally, retailer-specific variants where you supply different content to different partners.

Can you check images, not just text?

Yes. We count images, check their order and compare the hero image with your approved asset using image similarity. Missing or swapped hero images are flagged individually.

Can you check for prohibited claims?

We can apply rule lists, such as banned words or claims not approved for a market. This is useful in health, beauty and food categories where claims differ by country.
