Competitor prices, captured and matched every day.
We collect shelf prices, sale prices and delivery charges from the retailers and marketplaces you compete with, then match each listing to your own catalogue. Your pricing team receives a clean, like-for-like view rather than a pile of scraped pages.
Four steps from sources to signal.
Agree the competitor set and SKU list
We start from your catalogue and the retailers, marketplaces and brand stores you benchmark against. Together we set priorities by category, market and refresh cadence.
Match listings to your products
Each competitor listing is matched to your SKU using identifiers such as GTIN, model number and pack size, with analyst review for ambiguous matches. Match confidence travels with every row.
Capture prices on schedule
Collectors record list price, current price, strike-through price, delivery fee and seller at the cadence you choose, from daily to every few hours for fast-moving categories.
Validate and deliver
Prices pass range checks, currency normalisation and change detection before delivery by API, file drop or warehouse sync. Sudden moves are flagged rather than silently passed through.
What we capture.
Every field is validated, normalised and documented in a data dictionary you can share with your analysts.
Current and list price
The price a shopper pays now and the reference price shown alongside it.
Delivery fee and threshold
Shipping charges and free-delivery minimums, so landed price can be compared.
Seller name and type
First-party retailer or third-party seller, captured per offer.
Match key and confidence
The identifier used to link the listing to your SKU and how certain the match is.
Stock status
Whether the offer was purchasable at capture, so unavailable prices can be excluded.
Capture timestamp
Time of collection in UTC and local time, for sequencing price moves.
What you receive.
- Daily price index by competitor and category
- SKU-level price gap file against your own price
- Alert when a competitor undercuts you on a priority SKU
- Weekly summary of price changes by competitor

How do you match competitor products to ours?
We use hard identifiers first, such as GTIN, EAN or manufacturer part number. Where those are missing we combine title, brand, size and attributes, and an analyst reviews low-confidence matches. Each row carries a match confidence so you can filter.
How often can prices be refreshed?
Most clients run daily collection, with intraday refresh every few hours for volatile categories or promotional periods. We agree cadence per source so effort goes where prices actually move.
Can you include delivery fees and seller details?
Yes. We capture delivery charges, free-delivery thresholds and the seller behind each offer, which lets you compare landed prices and separate first-party from marketplace sellers.
