Do you distinguish Kaltmiete and Warmmiete?
Yes. German rental listings separate base rent from service charges, and we capture Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten and Warmmiete as separate fields where the portal shows them.
How do you meet German data protection expectations?
We apply GDPR principles at scoping, take account of the BDSG and authority guidance, and exclude personal data by default. We can complete a data processing agreement and supplier questionnaire.
Do you parse German number formats?
Yes. German sites use commas for decimals and full stops for thousands. We store numeric values correctly and keep the original text for reference.
