Colombian data from Bogotá to the coast.
Colombia's digital economy is concentrated in Bogotá and Medellín but growing across Cali, Barranquilla and other cities. Jobs, property and retail sources publish in Spanish with COP values that run into the millions. We collect and normalise this data by city and scope every project against Law 1581 of 2012.

Colombia Law 1581 of 2012
We scope Colombian projects against Law 1581 and the supervisory role of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC). Personal fields are excluded or masked before delivery.
Our responsible data policyThis summary is for information only and is not legal advice.
Can you capture property data by estrato?
Yes, where the portal publishes it. Estrato is recorded as a separate field alongside price, area and neighbourhood, which helps compare like-for-like housing.
How do you handle COP values?
Colombian sites use full stops as thousands separators, so 4.500.000 is four and a half million pesos. We store the numeric value and keep the original text for reference.
How do you comply with Law 1581?
We collect publicly available commercial data and exclude personal data by default. For job postings, we capture the role and employer, not candidates or recruiters.
