Mexico LFPDPPP
We review Mexican projects against the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, as replaced in 2025. Datasets are built around products and listings, with personal data excluded.
Our responsible data policyThis summary is for information only and is not legal advice.
Can you capture months-without-interest offers?
Yes. We record the cash price and the meses sin intereses terms as separate fields, which is important around El Buen Fin and Hot Sale.
Has Mexico's privacy law changed?
Yes. A new LFPDPPP was enacted in 2025, replacing the 2010 law and moving oversight from the former INAI to a government ministry. We scope projects against the current law and exclude personal data by default.
Can you cover tourist destinations as well as cities?
Yes. Many clients combine Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey with Cancún, Los Cabos or Puerto Vallarta, particularly for travel and property projects.
