UAE prices and listings, captured by emirate.
The UAE is the Gulf's most competitive digital retail market, with prices that change by emirate, delivery zone and time of day. We collect marketplace, quick-commerce, property and travel data in Arabic and English and deliver it in AED on a schedule that matches your decisions. Every project is scoped against Federal Decree-Law 45/2021.
Where web data matters most in UAE.
Quick commerce
Delivery apps in Dubai and Abu Dhabi price groceries by zone, so we capture the same basket across neighbourhoods on a short refresh cycle.
Consumer electronics
Launch-week pricing and bank-card offers on leading marketplaces move quickly, and hourly monitoring shows who matches whom.
Real estate
Off-plan and secondary listings in Dubai are tracked by community, with asking price, size and listing age.
Travel and hospitality
Hotel rates in Dubai swing with events and seasons, and we capture them across online travel agencies for set stay dates.
Automotive
Used-car classifieds give a view of residual values by model year and mileage across the emirates.
Food delivery
Restaurant menus, delivery fees and promotions on regional apps are tracked by area and cuisine.

Our responsible data policyThis summary is for information only and is not legal advice.
Can you track prices separately for each emirate?
Yes. We set the delivery location for each request, so Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah prices are recorded separately. For quick-commerce apps we can go down to individual delivery zones.
How do you handle Arabic product names?
We keep the Arabic and English titles where a source shows both and check every file for encoding problems. Normalised fields such as brand and pack size can be added for matching.
Can you capture Ramadan and November sale-season promotions?
Yes. Refresh frequency can be increased for promotional periods, and promotion text, discount and original price are recorded as separate fields so the event is visible in the data.
