Every competitor promotion, with mechanics and depth.
Promotions drive a large share of volume in retail and delivery, but they are short-lived and easy to miss. We capture discounts, multibuys, bundles, coupons and banner campaigns with their mechanics, depth and duration, so you can see how competitors use price.
A price drop alone does not explain a promotion. Multibuys, coupon codes, loyalty prices and bundles each have different economics, and many run only for hours during events such as Ramadan, Black Friday or 11.11.
You get a promotions calendar per competitor with the mechanic, discount depth and duration of each offer. Planning teams can set their own campaigns against evidence of what competitors ran last season.
Everything needed to run it in production.
Mechanic classification
Each offer is classified as percentage off, fixed discount, multibuy, bundle, coupon, loyalty price or free delivery.
Discount depth
Effective discount is calculated against the regular price, including multibuy and bundle value where possible.
Duration tracking
Start and end dates are recorded from offer labels or inferred from consecutive captures.
Banner and homepage capture
Homepage and category banners are captured with their text and linked products to show campaign themes.
Event calendars
Offers are tagged to seasonal events such as Ramadan, back to school, Black Friday and regional sale days.
App and web coverage
Promotions that appear only in apps or for specific delivery zones are captured with location context.

How do you tell a promotion from a price change?
We look for promotional labels, crossed-out prices, coupons and badges, and compare against the product's price history. Offers are classified by mechanic so temporary discounts and permanent changes are kept separate.
Can you capture flash sales that last a few hours?
Yes, if the refresh frequency is high enough. During key events we increase checks to several times a day or hourly for priority categories.
Do you capture coupon codes?
We capture coupons and codes that are publicly displayed on product or promotion pages. We do not use or redeem codes, and we do not collect codes distributed privately.
Can you track promotions by region?
Yes. Where offers differ by city or delivery zone, we set the location on each request or app session and tag the offer with that location.
