Map every competitor location, openings and closures included.
Physical networks still decide much of retail, services and mobility. We compile store, branch and point-of-interest data from brand store locators, map and local listing platforms and public registers, and track openings, closures and attribute changes over time.
Four steps from sources to signal.
Choose sources per brand and category
We identify the most reliable public source for each network, usually the brand's own store locator, supported by map and local listing platforms and official registers.
Extract and geocode
Each location is captured with address, coordinates, hours, format and services, and geocoded consistently where coordinates are missing.
De-duplicate across sources
Records from different sources are merged into a single location using address, coordinates and name matching, with a confidence score.
Track change over time
Repeat captures identify openings, closures, relocations and changes to hours or services, with the date each change was first observed.
What we capture.
Every field is validated, normalised and documented in a data dictionary you can share with your analysts.
Location name and brand
Store or branch name and the brand it belongs to.
Address and coordinates
Standardised address with latitude and longitude.
Format and services
Store format, drive-through, pharmacy counter, EV charging and similar.
Opening hours
Weekly schedule, including extended Ramadan or holiday hours where published.
Status and change date
Open, temporarily closed, permanently closed or new, with date observed.
Source and confidence
Where the record came from and how certain the merge is.

Underlying services
Which sources do you use for locations?
Brand store locators are usually the most accurate primary source. We supplement them with map and local listing platforms and public registers, and merge records so each location appears once.
How do you detect closures?
A location is flagged when it disappears from the primary source or is marked closed on listing platforms. We confirm across sources where possible and record the date the change was first observed.
Can the data load into our GIS tools?
Yes. We deliver coordinates in standard formats, such as CSV with latitude and longitude, GeoJSON or a warehouse table, ready for common mapping and GIS tools.
