About us
Brand protection

Catch MAP breaches while they are still live.

A minimum advertised price policy works only if breaches are found quickly and documented well. We monitor advertised prices for your SKUs across marketplaces and retailer sites, flag every offer below MAP and capture evidence your channel team can act on.

How it works

Four steps from sources to signal.

STEP 01

Load your MAP schedule

We take your MAP price list by SKU and market, including effective dates and any promotional windows when lower pricing is permitted.

STEP 02

Monitor advertised prices

Collectors check each listing and every seller offer on it, capturing the advertised price, any coupon or add-to-cart price, and the seller.

STEP 03

Evaluate against policy

Prices are compared with MAP in the correct currency and date, applying your policy rules on tolerance, coupons and bundles.

STEP 04

Record evidence and track resolution

Each violation is logged with a timestamped screenshot and URL. Repeat checks show when the price is corrected, so you can measure seller compliance.

FAQ

Questions about map violation monitoring

Can’t find your answer? Ask an engineer

Can you detect prices only shown in the cart?

Where the lower price is visible to a shopper without purchase, such as an add-to-cart reveal or a clippable coupon, we capture it and flag it as a hidden price. We never complete purchases.

Is the evidence suitable for seller notices?

Each violation includes a timestamped screenshot, the listing URL and the seller identifier. Many teams use this directly in seller communications; your legal team should decide how it is used in formal proceedings.

How do you handle promotions that you allow?

Your MAP schedule can include permitted promotional windows or exempt channels. During those windows, lower prices are recorded but not flagged as violations.
